Somehow an unreleased BlackBerry 9630 (also known as the Niagara) made its way onto eBay. Within four hours the Buy It Now price of $1995 was made. Check out the footnote:

The seller globo-electro has only been on eBay for around six weeks and they've only sold a few BlackBerrys, a Sidekick and an iPhone. How they got there hands on an unreleased Niagara is beyond me, but apparently the back door is wide-open at RIM. Here are a few photos from the auction:
