‘*please read* This phone is an unreleased version, with Original software which has been tested rigerously, I have only come across one bug which is there is trouble getting the camera going. Seeing as it is an unreleased version this phone is sold as-is and all sales are final!”
The seller globo-electro has only been on eBay for around six weeks and they've only sold a few BlackBerrys, a Sidekick and an iPhone. How they got there hands on an unreleased Niagara is beyond me, but apparently the back door is wide-open at RIM. Here are a few photos from the auction:

BlackBerry 9360 Niagara Spy Video!
Here's a quick spy video found on one of the BlackBerry forums. In true spy video fashion, the footage is quite blurry. At least we get a basic understanding of what the phone will look like. Check it out:

Boy Genius Report managed to get a hold of a preproduction model and they’re saying it’s a phone worth waiting for. The voice quality is supposedly the best they’ve ever heard from a cell phone, the battery life is sufficient enough to last threw the day, the screen is just as good as the BlackBerry Bold, and the keyboard is “just right”. The best part about all of this is that RIM has managed to package all of this into a device considerably smaller than the Bold.
